Each Sunday throughout the year, this class, led by Amy Lindberg and Matt McLaughlin, will be inspire and equip you to read through the entire Bible in one year. This class is in conjunction with the Bible Project and incorporates over 150 animated videos to engage you in the Bible’s brilliant literary design and flow of thought. This class will examine biblical references to music from the Old and New Testaments. How was music used by God's people throughout history? What did it sound like? How does our music/worship relate to ancient practices? Combining Bible study and music history, we will trace the development of our current worship practices and why they are so important to the life of the Church.
This class will take a deep dive in the Gospel according to Matthew with specific focus on chapter 5, the Sermon on the Mount. This class, led by Earl McKnew, will be great for those who want to further their Bible study beyond devotional reading.
